Don't know about Falcon's ('Fokker' in the Asian versions) Jack, in the anime they didn't even give him the Jack but the Scots flag - representation of the blue sky, with the white lines representing Andrew's saltire in the foreground, even though he's actually English and lives in Londo (London). The anime was a later adaptation but completely strips away the English colours (red on white) in the foreground for some reason which looks even more obvious ~ https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KIL6EJABNbU
