What a fucking brilliant post! My highlight? Big Tom giving Blue Stinger a whopping 8/10! I fucking love that game! It's much maligned and universally under-rated, but it was the first ever Dreamcast game I got into and I love it!!!

Not mentioned by the Guvnor was it's frankly marvellous musical score, the wealth of little side thingies, like buying stuff from vending machines, the rather fabulous mutants and the Kris Kringle themed seasonal adverts in rendered video that bedeck the shopping complex! Utter brilliance!

One of my most treasured items of my DC collection is my official Blue Stinger strategy guide...

And I still haven't ever completed the game!

Low point? OK I'll be honest... it was the frankly confrontational score prediction for this weekends all Manchester derby! 7-0???

You're having a giraffe! Sven's sky blue army will lose about 4-0 tops! Yer bastard! (LOL!)

Seriously though, I love that Disney kart thang (although not as much as Looney Toon Space Race or Whacky Races)Never played it through to the conclusion of assembling all the parts of the machine, but it was pretty good!

Surf Rocket Racers? fucking brilliant! I love that game and have played it loads! it's a lovely arcadey type game that needs to be played against chums for maximum effect! Don't know about the comparative qualities of water effects, but I know that the jumps, environments and whole feel of SRR make it a must have Dreamcast game! (I've still got Championship Surfer factory sealed 'cos I know it's got stinking reviews...)

Oh and BTW! I love the old Window's pinball game... Between that and that card game I've wasted loads of time in work when I should have been moulding young people's minds! happy days! great post mate...

Now when (if ever) are we going to have that second pint?

No way is that Disney kart game better than Wacky Races. At least WR has more than three familiar characters, while that Disney one has Chip, dale, Jiminy and er....a bunch of reject characters from no nothing. It's a lazy PSone port, too.

I have that Pinball game. Fun...for about five minutes.

Err...having trouble spotting where I said it was better than Wacky Races. I did, however, state that it is closer to Mario Kart than WR.

I misread that, sorry. The game defiantly could have done with more real Disney characters, though. South park Rally was very Mario kart like as well, but also very weak sauce.
