Wow - that image looks sweet! When I hook my VGA box up to my HDTV, the image is better than SCART, but still not as good as I was hoping...so I just use it with the old CRT television I have in my games room/man cave! I might have to look into getting one of these little beauties!

Dude....you have no idea what your missing out on with your ancient CRT tv...I purchased one of these Atlona upscalers to use in conjunction with the VGA box, and in 1080P mode on my plasma, it looks INCREDIBLE. You would have to see it in real life and in motion, because a miniscule youtube video does NOT do it justice.

When setup correctly, the adapter fills the screen from side to side without looking stretched and even embeds the audio into the HDMI cable that you can plug into your AV surround receiver.

Huh. Also for some reason I can't find the Dreamcast Junkyard blog with a google search anymore.

I can find it with Bing but not google.

That's a bit odd.

I actually have a capture card that can capture directly from VGA. It is the AverMedia Game Broadcaster HD. It can capture 480p completely uncompressed so long as your harddrive is fast enough. The quality is pretty much flawless.
