Too be fair, I think Shenmue II Pal is fairly rare and not as common as you would make out. Don't forget, it was only released in Europe, and towards the end of the Dreamcast life when games weren't as mass produced. So not only will people in Europe currently be looking for a copy, American's aswell like back in the day of importing it. This is why Shenmue II goes for around double sometimes triple the price of Shenmue I, since this is probably the ratio of the amount of copies of this game made in the world when comparing the two.
