In an interview with the BBC William Hague warns that the creation of a new EU Foreign Minister and a new EU President - both of whom will purport to represent the EU on the world stage - could create confusion and tension in Brussels. The article reports that one cabinet member from another EU country said of the new EU President that "At last Europe will have a King!" King of Europe?
