I discovered your blog just a short while ago and currently enjoy very much browsing through your writings. It makes for quite interesting reading - keep up the good work!

Just a minor nitpick/correction with regard to this article: The prefix eu- is actually Greek, not Latin (and it functions both as a prefix and a standalone adverb meaning 'well'). All the words you quote as examples are actually Latinised words of Greek origin. The phenomenon of languages borrowing words from other ones is definitely not a new one ;)
