Hello Jayarava, it's great to read your attractive poetic renditions of the these stanzas of the 'ancients' (porāṇā). However, I'm a bit mystified by your interpretation of them in terms of 'experience'. Surely this whole discussion of the relation of kamma and vipāka is part of Buddhaghosa's discussion of the metaphysics of rebirth, in which the cycle (vaṭṭa) continues through the uninterrupted flow of impersonal phenomena (dhammā). As the stanza just prior goes,

Action and result proceed, result produced by action;
Action is repeated existence, thus the world continues.

Of course, the 'world' here is the world of experience, but this world is presented here within Buddhaghosa's refined abhidhammic metaphysics. Good luck with rescuing that from its Indian roots!
