Hi Jayarava,

Once more thanks for sharing your articles.

Come and see/find out for yourself : best invitation to start exploring.

Other spiritual teachers have said: do as I do, referring to their own (r)evolution of seeing things on a bigger scale. But most of the followers then only copy patrons of behaviour whilst missing the point of the teaching.

Modifying own views/behaviour often means finding oneself at the beginning in uncomfortable stressy situations.

A lot of people prefer the 'known bad to the unknown good'; easier to cope with, it allows complaining about this existence instead of taking up own responsibility.

Namaste,

Thank you for some interesting thoughts/posts.

I was just curious as to how Sri Raman Maharshi's portrait fit into the picture (pardon the pun). I was hoping to find a relavent reference into the write-up.

You may be aware already that Maharshi has some interesting and elaborate views on the topic.

PS. I came to your blog resource to find something that I had shared on google+ via your posts. Off I go on that errand again. Thanks for all the resources etc.

Hi,

I think I was just looking for a generic spiritual teacher picture. Ramana Maharshi is an interesting guy, but what guarantee do we have that his views, which are different to my guru's, are the views that are right? None as far as I can see. But we get on with our practice, whatever it is, and can judge by the results.

Cheers
Jayarava

All metaphysics of/for all anti-/semi-/sectorial religion's theories seem to thrive on this evolutionary blindspot of the cognitive process hit by un-referenceable 'knowing', isn't it?
