Let's talk premiums for a minute.

Mr. AOW's pre-existing conditions were covered beginning in July of 2009 because he has a policy through HIPAA; no insurance company would underwrite Mr. AOW, but coverage had to be offered because of HIPAA. Mr. AOW has had health insurance of some type for over 30 years.

At what cost reflected in a high premium?

More or less, at double the normal premium for Mr. AOW's age.

Under ObamaKare, pre-existing conditions must be covered. Again, at what cost reflected in a high?
