By the way, I wonder how those who continue to insist that the English Defense is Nazi organization, will react to the fact that there are any Jews in this organization at all. Seriously would a Nazi organization even knowing allow that? I don't think so.
Damien, I have, in the past, seen political organizations take in Jews in order to make their group look inclusive,, when in fact, I suspect they don't like Jews.
I have reservations about the EDL. Some of the people who are involved in the EDL are not people I trust.
On the other hand, I tend to agree with their public statements and their strategies.
At one point in this speech, Roberta says, "We will not allow minorities to force our civilized countries to adopt stone-age medieval punishments."
Let's just be clear, here. Even if Muslims become the dominant majority, Sharia law is still wrong. It is evil. It denies human beings basic Freedoms, of conscience, of speech, of the right to practice one's own belief system.
If we are not willing to stand up against the majority when the majority is wrong, then our values are not worth much. Now, are they?
