[Image]The seemingly inability of the Bush administration to understand the meaning of democracy - or their need to please Muslims instead of standing by democratic principles - has sealed the failure of our military operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. They have allowed a constitution to be implemented in both countries that makes Islamic law – not freedom of the individual – the deciding factor in all legal issues.
