I was wondering why the boy was wearing headphones, seaming to have his fingers respond to what he was listening to.
Clicking over to YouTube, the comments reveal this "child" is a prodigy who is: "playing John Coltrane's iconic tune Giant Steps with a professional rhythm section and not just keeping up with them but leading through his own creation, improvising?" & "Not only has he mastered the mechanics of playing the music but he has remarkable feel of the music "
More on Joey Alexander Now 10 years old, Joey Alexander is a precocious self-taught jazz pianist!!!

That page says he is from Indonesia.
That's a little confusing because in the interview with him, here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCyfG9M5hz4
he speaks with an American accent.
His "father's" name is Sila, which sounds Filipino not Indonesian, but his name is Alexander.
Alexander is usually a Jewish name.
When I saw the kid, I guessed he was a Jewish Filipino mix.
If he has been living in Indonesia, it seems he has been living and educated by Americans.

No, I am wrong. He does have something other than an American accent. My bad.
