I'm grateful that I'll be at work on Tuesday so I won't even be tempted to watch the first openly socialist POTUS take the oath. I keep hoping for a "miracle" but it would be that he and his cohorts won't act according to their natures, in this case their political beliefs, which are collectivist and anti-American in the most profound sense and open to co-opting by the Islamists in more ominous ways than the uninformed saps who have swallowed whole the MSM and multiculti portraits of Islam but who can be expected to wake up and come around under the right conditions. There are people in the Obama administration who would not only submit to but who would welcome an Islamicized America, who would celebrate the destruction of Israel, and who would shred the Constitution to further their ends.
I'm not sure if this is what I could say to B. Hussein Obama if I had the chance, but something made me think of Thomas More's challenge to Roper in "Man For All Seasons":
What would you do? Cut a road through the law to get after the Devil?...And when the last law was down, and the Devil turned on you, where would you hide... the laws all being flat? This country is planted with laws from coast to coast, Man's laws, not God's, and if you cut them down, and you're just the man to do it, do you really think you could stand upright in the wind that would blow then?
I'm sure that all IBA readers already own at least one Barack Obama commemorative plate. Well, just in time for the inauguration, I give you the Joe Biden commemorative plate

And while Georgetown is the sole Big East school in the nation's capital, Thompson isn't the only coach who's weighing how to incorporate Tuesday's inauguration into the highly structured lives of his student-athletes....Did Coach Thompson and his cohorts hold previous inaugurations in such high esteem? If so, I don't recall hearing so....
