On this, the 4th of July 2009, the day we Americans celebrate our freedom and independence, those ideals are in peril.
Ever since Obama took office we have watched in shock? and awe at the extremes, both domestically and internationally, he is willing to go to change America.
His motto "Hope and Change".
Change? He has destroyed our economy, taken over the auto industry, blackmailed and is attempting to take over the banking industry, made a deal with the media to spread his propaganda, the unemployment rate has grown steadily worse, his energy bill will raise taxes, further bankrupt us and raise the energy bill of everyone in America, he is hellbent on Socializing medicine when it is well known that socialized medicine is a disaster. He plans on creating his own "people's army", funding ACORN to run the next election and has made a deal with the Muslim Brotherhood and other shady groups of Islam, to indoctrinate Americans.
Internationally, he has gone on a worldwide tour to apologize for everything America has ever done, said or created. He has allienated our allies, made friends with our enemies. Refused to meddle in "democracy in action" in Iran, when it was in their and our best interests, to do so. Yet, he is meddling with "democracy in action" in Honduras. Attempting to undo a constitutionally legal action, that should be applauded. In doing so, he is again pleasing our enemies and creating new one's in the Honduran people.
The action's regarding both Iran and Honduras will not only affect the people of those countries. His actions will cause a loss of hope in the people of many other countries looking for freedom. America has always stood up for freedom and democracy. And in some way or another, has helped the process along.
In Iran and Honduras, he not only didn't help it, he helped stop it.
He is alienating Israel and forcing their hand, by siding with the Palestinians and continuing on a losing mission of discussing the nuclear issue with Iran.
He has all but ignored North Korea's process of becoming a very dangerous (to us) nuclear state. And as I write this, North Korea is in the process of preparing to shoot a missile towards Hawaii.
The change Obama had planned and is in the process of instilling, is moving us one step closer to a dictatorship. A dictatorship that will incorporate very heavy elements of Islam. All of the evidence is there, if you are willing to open your eyes and see it.
The hope? Is all his own.
On this, the 4th of July 2009, the day we Americans celebrate our freedom and independence, those ideals are in peril.
This 4th of July, each and every one of us need to take the time to reflect on why and how we came to celebrate this day.
It is not too late to undo the process that is currently taking place. But, we need to stop being apathetic. Remove the idea completely from our minds that "it can't happen here".
Because it can and it is happening right before our eyes.

Following the model of security for BHO's Inauguration, security is going to be loosened down on The National Mall tomorrow.
I don't expect "the bad thing" to happen. But it just might as all the local news media have trumpeted this change in security.
