My son is in the Emergency Department with respiratory symptoms - sore throat, cough, fever. He has reactive airway and it is doubtful it is COVID. But I told him a primary care physician would not touch him, but send him trotting off elsewhere.
Narrative for E.D.? And it is a true one - he lost his job because of COVID, he has no insurance benefits. They must treat him for free.
He is much poorer for COVID. And if he were not home, would be sleeping in his car.
The lockdown - which modeled a Chinese Communist model for epidemiology - is a political travesty. Why would we follow the lead of the Communist party and their overall cruelty toward citizens? And yes, I hold the POTUS accountable for it. The buck stops with him.
And yes, a poorer America means a poorer world. We provide much benefit to the poorer societal rims of society with our NGO's and aid packages.
The World Health Organisation has backflipped on its original COVID-19 stance after calling for world leaders to stop locking down their countries and economies.
Dr. David Nabarro from the WHO appealed to world leaders yesterday, telling them to stop “using lockdowns as your primary control method” of the coronavirus.
He also claimed that the only thing lockdowns achieved was poverty – with no mention of the potential lives saved.
“Lockdowns just have one consequence that you must never ever belittle, and that is making poor people an awful lot poorer,” he said. [Image]
