I can't comment on the inbreeding amongst Arab tribes, but here in the UK I have friends involved with healthcare and education who see the effects of Muslim inbreeding in their own spheres of expertise.
The vast majority of Muslims living here are partly from Pakistan and partly from Bangaldesh. The two almost never inter-marry which narrows the gene pool somewhat. When marrying within their own communities it is far from ususual to find that the couple are first or second cousins. When brides or grooms are imported from their native lands, they are also usually from the same areas of origin as their partners, again they are often blood relatives. A weakly, sickening strain is showing to both health-workers and teachers.
How long before this leads to infertitlity? Too long for my liking, but it seems to be coming and will be a great strain on our NHS and education system. In the long run it might be well worth it, though.

I've heard a rumor, from a trusted source, that Jews have developed a chemical which attacks a specific gene which only Muslim men have. This gene is linked to two traits, one is the development and maintenance of the penile system, and the second is the development and maintenance of brain functioning related to reason. Any Muslim man who becomes infected with this chemical will first lose the stated brain function, and then several weeks later, his penis will fall off.
The rumor I hear is that this chemical may have already been released into the world's supply of drinking water. Not many things would make me feel sorry for our Jihadist enemies, but the thought of them losing these two important human traits (brain and penis) would certainly move me to tears, of some sort. Here's an important question to ponder? How many more human traits could Muslim males lose before they lose their humanity completely?
