Several hundred counter-protesters gathered Saturday evening at the Moda Center ahead of a protest by members of Westboro Baptist Church.

The counter-protesters harassed and chased the Westboro cult from the Media Center. The Westboro Baptist Church attempted to protest the Portland Trailblazer game on Saturday.

It seems to me the anti-Westboro protesters, here, did good work. They did not threaten the Westboro people, they did not commit acts of violence. They just harassed them, and subject them to brutal and ongoing mockery.

If you ask me, THIS IS WHAT WE SHOULD BE DOING TO ISLAMISTS IN THE WESTERN WORLD.
