Good for you. I will share my baby running...I ran a 5K this morning, all running, no walking. I am slow, 32 minutes and change at the 3 mile mark, but I wasn't last! I aspire to your running greatness! Liz
[Image]I knew if I was going to beat the wicked storm coming to our town today I had to be on the road by 5:30 am. Not rolling out of bed at 5:30 but on the road with shoes on, water belt attached and full of liquid, ipod and Garmin charged, cash in zipped pocket to buy Gatorade on the way (had to cancel debit card last week as someone got the number and was having a hay day in Europe with it - Yea fraud protection!!) I didn't hear the alarm so my plan was off by 15 minutes. Hanna came an hour early [Image]So I got to run in the rain for the last 5 miles. That's good! I was too tired and wet to finish the last three. That's bad [Image]so I only did 10 miles
WHAT? did I just say only 10. 10 miles starting before 6:00 am and running in the wake of a tropical storm. Who am I kidding that is amazing!
