Ooh, yum. Did AK tell you we were making those pretzels on Sun? They came out tastey, but we let the dough sit too long, and they looked like a big pile of. . . . . but a perfect pretzel color. They were DELISH though and I'm pretty sure we'll be making them every week. PS. Can we have the tortilla soup recipe? Its the one we didn't get from our fabby trip.
We had a snow day too...with tons of snow! I wonder if it's more fun for your kids though because you don't get much snow throughout the year there. We've probably gone way past our snow days here. They cancel way to easily in my humble opinion.

[Image]Yesterday was a snow day. Our last allotted one for the year. I can't imagine needing another one since it is already March. We got a ton of snow and Annie Kate and Caroline had a great time outside while Sally Jane and I stayed warm inside making Tortilla Soup, homemade pretzels and yummy sugar cookies.[Image]So, I am finally taking down Valentines and getting ready for St. Patrick's Day!
