I love the skirt, and the shoes! You have great style, and you don't need to wear makeup when you naturally look great!

"it is a secret just between me and myself"--I love your thinking on that line.

By the way, I love the cobblestones, your shoes, the polka dots and your tan legs. It is definitely a "perfect" picture. Welcome back to SPT's!

Coveting your shoes so bad right now. I love them.

What a great way to show your patriotism..wearing red, white and blue. I still remember loving the picture of your family in front of the white house all wearing white-and your girls' dresses had flags sewn in them. You really take the time to think these things through.

And that SPT where we had to get all dolled up and look our best? I totally had my hair pulled back and zero makeup..but it was me.

Just be yourself with SPT...fun to see what you come up with again!

It's so interesting that this is what you ended up doing for this SPT since you are quite often Miss America with all your D.C. adventures. Clever girl.

Also, I know what you mean about getting behind on SPTs or wanting them to be perfect. I have missed a few along the way, but just try to catch up when I can or let it go.

I've noticed that you quite often dress your girls in RW & B and I've thought it was very sweet & patriotic (especially when visiting historical sites)!

...very nice SPT and very fitting for you!

Your shoes are fabulous and your skirt is so cute!!!

I love wearing red, white and blue, specially after my citizenship ceremony. It became more real to me and now I really feel part of this amazing country.

Is your skirt from Target? There was one there I wanted that looked like that, but now that I can wear real clothes they are all gone.

I love this picture! And this post!

I love this post! I could have written that exact same paragraph about spt -- the week about a really nice picture of yourself really threw me off as well! This is a beautiful photo, Kristi and I'm coveting your shoes as well.
