We just watched the movie "Anapolis" last night. Sounds like you had a better time at the actual place than we did watching the movie...we wouldn't recommend it. (I actually couldn't even handle watching it to the end, although Bevan did tough it out.)
I can't believe you wanted to go somewhere else after doing all of that at the Renaissance Festival. You're crazy and adventurous. More cool photos though, you're going to have seen all the sights in D.C. in the first year of living there.
Kristi, you are always doing something fun with your family, you inspire me (although, i think it helps to live outside of a city like DC). In Phoenix, you just go shopping!
I never knew that about Annapolis, either. Oh, Italian gelato! What a treat.

[Image] [Image] [Image]Annapolis Today after our Renaissance Festival, we went over to Annapolis and had a great time. We had yummy italian gelato, recomened by a neighbor, walked the streets, saw the building that was once the nation's capital. (did anyone else know that Annapolis was our Nations Capital for about 9 months? I sure didn't) We loved seeing all the cadets in their white walking the streets. We found the Jeffrey Building. We took the Harbor Queen for a water tour of the Naval Academy and to see some of the homes on the water. It was a wonderful way to end our busy day. More Annapolis history to come on our D.C. blog
