I love the oils at the body shop. My favorite is orange blossom in the spring. I haven't tried any of their fall stuff. Usually our store is burning Samsuta mixed with Exotic. It draws people in from the opposite end of the mall. It smells citrus and fabuous! Miss you by the way! Laura

We have the same thing from the Body Shop and I like it! The one thing I don't really like is having any type of fire buring in my house (I have melted counters with candles I just have a hard time remembering it is lit). Darin and I are thinking of selling these fireless frangrance kits along with our soap. They are little glass jars you put whatever fragrance oit you like in and then these sticks suck up the fragrance and supposedly make your house smell great. We will get some and try it out...I'll let you know what we think of it.

I'm hyper about smells and get headaches easily if a smell is overpowering so I have to be careful about home fragrances. I have a candle that I burn every once and awhile for about 20 minutes when I need to freshen things up in here. I used to love the Tropical Mist plug-ins but find I only love them when they're new and then I hate the smell as it wears out. I recently got a Bath and Body oil fragrance thing which I've been keeping in the bathroom. It's the vanilla raspberry scent and I like it a lot and have not found it overpowering at all. I was thinking about getting some more and trying them in other places in the house.

I too enjoy the candles, I use fresh linen from Bath and Body works, I also use and love their plug ins with the same scent. Clean works for me. I'm going to have to try the canyon thingys, I'm going on line next to see if there sold here in Chi town.

Candle are great...on an electric cup warmer (so I don't burn the house down)!
I also love the lampe berger (see www.lampeberger.com). They make these beautiful bottles and incredible scents. I'm not sure of the entire chemical process, but basically you burn the lampe for a couple of minutes and then snuff out the flame. The smells are really amazing, and the bottles are so incredible. My favorite scent is "New Orleans".

I am an Ashman distributor just so I can have access to their stuff myself. I use a warmer and the melts mostly because I don't like the fire either.

I am tempted by the plug-ins but I heard they are dangerous because they are made of cheap plastic that has been the cause of house fires. I don't know how true that is but it was enough to scare me from using them - perhaps it's my worry wort nature. I am glad you found something you like.

I just bought one of those Yankee Candle plug in things, my friend had one in her house and it always smelled sooo good. I bought the cinnamon vanilla one. Yum!

I love scents especially candles in my home. I have never had access to Gold Canyon except in AZ. So I always buy Yankee ones. I was just noticing i need to go out and buy another one since mine is down to the bottom. That sounds awesome to burn it for 15 minutes and have 4 hours of smell!

Mmmm... Lemon Grove. I love anything lemon. I have candles from my mom's store that I burn occasionally. I'm interested in the car scents!
