Authorities have said they had no information on the timing, location or target of any attacks.

All three Afghan-born men have been accused of lying to the FBI, which carries an 8-year maximum sentence. Prosecutors were seeking to drop the lying charge against Zazi so they could more easily move him to Brooklyn federal court to face trial.

He was eventually introduced to an undercover FBI agent who began working with him to plot an attack

--

"Smadi, who was under continuous surveillance by the FBI, was arrested today near Fountain Place, a 60-story glass office tower ... in downtown Dallas, after he placed an inert/inactive car bomb at the location," it said.

Let's see, case 1 has no actual information, only charges based on suspicion alone; ship 'em off to brooklyn, where i'm sure they'll get a phair trial.

Second and third cases are like Oklahoma and the first WTC bombing, where the FBI actually plotted, aided and entraped people into doing something they otherwise might never have done.

But that k*** must be innocent, they never lie, and are never terrorists; they would never kill goyim, or break their laws.

The article said they were caught with "explosives," not an explosive, meaning there must of been more than one kind of explosive in their house.
