People of the western mind do not understand. We do not fear or hate their freedoms. What freedoms. They are slaves to their fears and illusions. We fear for our own freedoms and our right to exist...our very lives. I think a fungus infects the brains of the people and they seem to be quickly losing their ability to rational thought and basic human decency.

for some ther eyes, ears , and heart are sealed. in ignorance they forment hatred, partake in backbiting, spreading falsehoods of which they know not. as all things could be tests, this maybe a much larger test of faith. some worship icons and put the prophet Isa(pbuh) on a stick, while lashing out at us. others spread outright lies to deter others from converting. but ther lies and icon worshipping, ther hatred and materialistic ways will certianly be of no help to them as they stand before The Master Of The Of Judgement. for the sake of Allah i have a duty to love these people despite ther ignorance, as they are bothers and sisters, humans like me, but i most certianly detest ther actions. if only people would be less selfish and more charatable, i feel that peace, acceptance of religion and races would flourish.

Interesting commentary on the blood-thirsty mentality of these so-called "patriots".

Today I stood on the spot skimming the pages through National Review (I know, pure right-wing propaganda, but it's a guilty pleasure trip to read for its shrill tone & often twisted historical "facts" to fit their view sometimes) at the magazine rack when the middle-aged man jabbed his finger at the TIME cover art of Mahmoud Ahmjadinejad and sharply shouted something insulting -- "this asshole will get his ass kicked!" to the effect -- indicating his unconditional support for Bush & co to attack Iran. The middle-aged male friends were there at his side. They all look like middle-upper class McCain/Kyl fans judging their casual dress styles.

There are millions of brainwashed jingoistic idiots in USA. They've been had and they will pay with their older children's lives when and if there is a reinstated draft forced on the American people of military age when the war with Iran begins.

The man who jabbed his finger at the inanimate object with considerable force is a true interventionist asshole who is clearly brainwashed by shrill CNN/Fox News/broadcast channel/corporate-owned & published newspaper propaganda drumming the war fever against Iran. Typical of the demented yanks who call for destroying Islamic countries in order to annihilate the Arab population, innocent be damned -- they are the monsters at heart who unknowingly or knowingly appease the Zionist agenda in subduing the Middle East and Central Asia to fulfill its perverted vision of New World Order.

Protocols of the Elders of Zion, despite its questionable authenticity, have fulfilled the points laid out in the little book, regardless of its being a hoax.

Zionism, US Military-Industrial-Govt complex Imperialism and International Banking Cartel are the deadly combination that have selfishly decided to play the God of Fate that put the very existence of the humankind and life itself in grave danger as it may reveal the true colors of ultimate evil in the future.

------------ ALAS, IT WAS NEVER PROVEN TO BE A "HOAX". Not once, not ever has ANYBODY brought ANY evidence to even "suggest" that it was a hoax. Considering the people who were assassinated to bring it to light, and the hoopla-and-effect expended to push it under the rug --- this indicates that someone seriously fears this being read.

If it is "indeed" a hoax, then LET THE PEOPLE READ IT AND DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES, LET THEM COMPARE IT TO ACTUAL HISTORICAL & CURRENT EVENTS, as this is the ideal method to gauge its "authenticity".

Why, like the "Holohoax/Hollow-cost" must even 'questioning' or researching or even reading it be made a crime and an act-to-be-ridiculed?!

Why are we able, and even encourage to STUDY AND VERIFY AND GAIN GREATER INSIGHT into other Genocides, and books of literature?!!

Why makes it "TABOO" to even INVESTIGATE OR GAIN INSIGHT into such an important piece of history?! --- Shouldn't further research and investigation be ENCOURAGED RATHER THAN CENSORED?!

Something stinks around here, and both you and I know what it is!

No, I don't blame the media any more. I do sometimes shift my opinion slightly, and today was one of those days.

First the Pope, then Chavez, then the Ahmedinejad interview, then the Bush speech, then the Clinton interview. Then, I read O'Reilly's interview. O'Reilly is not a cook, Hannity might be.

http://abcnews.go.com/2020/story?id=2465303&page=1

Humanity goes through these paroxysms
What O'Reilly says is true - and Bush's increasing poll numbers show it.

qrswave, the battle for good and evil is fought individually, but also collectively. The collective battle is inevitable now. And I know which side I am now on.

In the course of time, however, the Christians could not avoid feeling some respect for the courage, and admiration for the polished manners and advanced civilization of the Saracens,

On the more empirical side, we can point to several influential Arab scientists who made significant contributions to the later development of physics. The eleventh-century al-Haytham sought to introduce a new mathematical and experimental approach to the study of vision and light, and his book Optics was probably the most influential treatise on the subject until Newton's own book of the same title was published 700 years later. Al-Haytham's ideas were developed by Kamal al-Din al-Farisi (d.1320), who used them in a series of experimental studies which demonstrated, among other things, that the rainbow consists of two refractions and a reflection of light within a water droplet. Al-Haytham's work was widely known to the early medieval theologian-scientists, including Bacon, Grosseteste and Theodoric of Freiburg (who independently replicated al-Farisi's rainbow experiment in about 1304). In fact,
the later medieval Europeans often referred in their books to 'our Arab masters'.
