Yes, interest is the enemy. Anything that grows x% continuously is inheritly unsustainable on a world with finite resources.

The model of exponential growth breaks down. Granted the world adds complexity, but you cant' get around exponential growth hitting a wall.

It's so wrong to continue participating in this once one realizes that we are slaves.

Those who control the money supply are leading the rest of us by the nose......

Thanks, Ruby.

It's truly a blessing each time someone draws this conclusion.

Thanks! You brought us one step closer to critical mass.

I am quitting my job in one more week to change my life.

I am so scared to give up my regular paycheck and health benefits, but (like Richard Pryor), I had that epiphany, "what am I doing here?"

Burning gasoline in one of the largest metropolitan areas in the USA, communting 2+ hours a day in traffic along toxic roadways, to go to a teaching job that is deluding students into thinking that there is future in this crashing system.

Ain't no time like the present. "Every passing moment is another chance to turn it around."

You commute 2+ hours a day, driving?!!

I don't know what I'm going to do after I finish school, next semester.

You should add me to your yahoo messenger--qrswave.
