The soldout Muse gig anyhoo in the Point was ace. Got standing tickets and man alive was it good. It was the first gig on their UK-Ireland tour and the band had just flown in that day from Copenhagen where they picked up the MTV best alternative band award and had just recently received the Q magazine best live act award as well. Only niggle with the gig was that the band didnt really interact with the crowd much but thinking back that kinda suits a band like Muse. It wouldnt seem right it Matt Belamy talking about the curry he had last night in Templebar.Great gig though.Even a spot of crowd surfing at the end.
