Flying from SFO to LAX, our favorite - and largest (hint) - airline changed departure gates no fewer than eight times. This, in a period of approximately forty minutes, and between gates that are one hundred yards apart.
The boarding pass showed s gate number, overhead monitors another, the agent at the new gate yet another and the agent at the newest new gate yet another. The airline's iPhone app showed none of the above, and the gate agent at the right gate was testy when asked.
So, what did we think. They're still our favorite airline, but their people and technology need to bring each other up to speed.
