There is nothing more powerful in our global societies than the combination of Capitalism and Democracy.
In theory, just about anything can be accomplished in a free market environment. So where's the problem? One major gripe is that senior corporate executives are earning far too much more than the people who contribute to their success. We definitely need change. The question is... can companies police themselves or does the SEC have to step in?
