Meaning: to bury or eliminate something. Meaning and uses.
Rewrite 1: filetv1 it six feet under
Rewrite 2: give it a decent burial
Rewrite 3: plant it in the graveyard
Rewrite 4: file it under “memorial park”

Comment: Another meaning is burial at sea, although I don’t think that’s as common as simply burial.
