How to bake olive oil cake?
Olive oil cakes are my latest favorites. To bake cakes with olive oil, you can pretty much just substitute for butter or vegetable oil at 1-to-1 ratio. Your cake will then come out dense and moist more than usual. And depending on the type of olive oil you use, it'll taste fruitier. Perfect for snacking with tea or coffee.
And since olive oil confers health benefits, an olive oil cake should be healthy for you. And it tastes amazing.
