Can marinara sauce be used for pasta?
What I like about marinara is how easy it is to make. It's very basic. Just mostly tomatoes, canned or fresh, and any herbs / spices you wish to add. Since homemade marinara doesn't have any preservatives, they should be healthier for you.
So make and use it as much as you can on spaghetti, linguini, ravioli and other pasta you love. Use it on pizza, too, instead of pizza sauce.
For this recipe, keep in mind that it's for 4 servings spahetti. Hence, you'll need to prepare pasta however you want.
