[Image]Don't forget the seminar this upcoming Wednesday evening, May 25th, on Perennial Favorites. This lecture will be given by Dr. Frank Greer, a pediatrician with the UW-Hospital. Dr. Greer is also the President of the Wisconsin Hardy Plant Society and is very knowledgeable about a wide range of perennials. The lecture is from 6 pm until 8 pm at the Parker Education Center. RBG Friends Members are free, all others are asked for a $5 donation. No need to RSVP. Just show up!
Also put June 2 on your calendar and come hear Joanne Ekena talk on Genetically Modified Organisms from 7 pm - 8 pm at the Parker Education Center. Joanne is well-versed on this subject the aim of this seminar is to discuss conventional plant breeding but then to address the facts behind genetic engineering and how it is accomplished.[Image]
