My return to cooking after umpteen years... tried out fried rice, with whatever I can find in the freezer... mixed vegetables (corn, pea, carrot), mock crab sticks... Does not turn out too good, have not forgotten the method, but have lost the feel... [Image] Opps, supposed to be a little orang-ish in colour, but adjust the brightness and such too much in the photo, so becomes yellowish instead.. Should be orange, as put in some tomato ketchup for the colour & taste... Put too little too... Luckily still got fragrance, but taste is just ok, slightly bland.. Mom & brother says quite good though... I beg to differ... Can be better... [Image]
