Gentlemen... you should be glad that Mary Phelps Jacob came up with her invention. When gravity takes over and they hang down to a woman's knees, it's not a pretty sight. (Sorry, Rob, I know you like to think of women in an idealistic sort of way, but that's just reality.)

And Jon... saying that girls are stupid? I bet you don't say that at home, where you are surrounded by women. Ask PH: since our son has gone off to university, he's swimming alone in the estrogen sea (oestrogen over there, I believe?)

I'd reckon that most people who frequently download podcasts have a fairly fast connection, so the higher quality audio would be a boon at 96kbs. I'm certainly all for a higher bitrate!

Anyone else have extreme difficulty getting PodcastAlley to actually load? It's always been slow to pop up, now it won't even load at all. I think they need more server power?
Listening to some classic 'Sammy Davis Jr.' right now. In lieu of another TOTP (9:24pm eastern). "Raydio" LP by Raydio, 1978...funky. You guys deserve a break. Looking forward to the next TOTP. Cheers!
I couldn't get into Podcast Alley at all recently; however, last time I tried, after about three failed attempts, I got a little graphic and message saying that they're upgrading their servers at the moment. Perhaps they're still trying to do that ?!

I remember the show that mentioned using your itrip to transmit on other car radios, so I thought I'd try it at work.
The assembly department usually plays radio 2, so armed with my ipod and itrip and I tuned it into radio 2's frequency and blasted out some banging hardcore tunes.
It was pretty funny, they didn't what was happening. LOL
i must say i do appreciate the 96kbs and its not that much of a problem size wise (IMHO).
oh and i don't think you have to worry too much about the sex bias of the show as i was thinking it would be stranger if you started commenting on top ten mens bums :P just maybe some more dual-gender topics, like more than once a week... hehehe.
Diane complained that we never do any shows for women, but this show is going to prove her wrong. i must say i do appreciate the 96kbs and its not that much of a problem size wise (IMHO).
