Pocket PC is actually pretty darn good, I agree. Palm continue to make units with non-user-replacebale batteries, beats me why. It's amazing to me how I can have a computer that is 10 times more powerful than the computer I bought for $2,100 to write games on all those years ago that I can carry around with me. (I had a 486 DX2/66 with a whopping 64MB of RAM! And I think it was $300 for a 300MB HD!) (Dell Axim X50v 624MHz, 64MB SDRAM, 128MB FlashROM, 640x480, 802.11b, BT, 1GB CF, 512MB SD) [Started out with a 48k Sinclair ZX-Spectrum, and you had to load from cassette tape! Wheeee-boop-beep-boop-beep...Wheeee-boop-beep-beep-boop-....try programming assembler on that puppy!]

Top 10 gizmos, top 10 gadgets, top 10 boys toys; it doens't matter what you call them - they are all desirable peices of kit that we really want. He is Robs' top ten list of gadgets (if you can hear it over the badly mixed music) on todays show :-10 – Playstation Portable9 – Tom Tom8 – iRiver7 – Digital Cameras6 – Microsoft Intellimouse5 – Windows SPVC5004 – Belkin FM Transmitter3 - Skype2 – Playstation 21 – Pocket PC
