StepMania 4 alpha 2 changelog:
- Portable mode (Windows only): Add portable.ini to the root program folder, and files will be written to the program directory instead of OS's user directory
- fix trapped in SelectStyle screen if you press Start very early
- fix crash escaping from Select Course
- default to only use high resolution textures if height > 480 for better performance on low-end video
- clean up combo graphics
