I can never understand why "final".....write about something in general do not know, and misunderstood

Most of the time that means its the latest version for 1.3.7. Because developers working with larger development release numbers like: 1.3.7564878 (as example). So final means its the latest version for 1.3.7 and they will continue on working with version 1.3.8

1.3.7 its development version... its never named final...
stable version is 1.2.1
