They have some bullshit policy there: entire countries aren't guilty from redistributing files. Individual people may be. Block those individuals, not entire countries, because that's just incredibly short-sighted.

Also, why bother releasing an emulator if it may not be redistributed from other sources? You write an emulator and then want it to stay obscure? You want all the bandwidth you could be saving if you have external mirrors also providing the file? And most importantly, you're forbidding something but then it's really easy to ignore and get it anyway, no matter if you live in a "blocked country", since it's available from "illegal distributors" there anyway?

The creators of this really don't understand how the internet works at all...
