I'm not alone! I hate talk like a pirate day. This morning Librarything was in "talk like a pirate" vocabulary. Good grief.

Yay! Our new library has two floors, and upstairs there is a plant room, open to the elements ... a perfect place to make any pirate-talkers walk the plank!

I'm concerned because one of my co-workers was led away from work today, not by cops but by people in white coats....

If your library coworkers insist on celebrating Talk Like a Pirate Day, it is perfectly acceptable to keelhaul them under the library’s bookmobile.
