At what number do thumb tacks on a seat go from accident to intentional? Two is an accident, but fifteen is intentional as well as incredibly obvious.
Pins might be a bit sneakier, unless your coworker is a cartoon character who regularly has pianos falling on their head in which case 1,000 tacks on a seat would not be noticed. Some days I wish I worked with cartoon characters.

Sadly, I *do* work with cartoon characters, but not fun ones like Bugs Bunny. Mine are more like Wally and the Pointy-Haired Boss from Dilbert.
