About Me
I continue to build on 8 years of manufacturing experience, most of which has involved working to implement lean in various forms at all levels. I have recently become involved in product creation and am challenged personally to apply lean thinking to various development processes. I am a huge believer in the power of working level teams and strong networks and I continue to strive for greater understanding of lean through participating with and teaching work groups. Lean thinking is also a major component of the Operations Management coursework I continuously develop and instruct at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield Mi.
