About Me

Sarah Slifer is a dance artist now residing in Gloucester, MA. Her choreographies and improvisation events have been seen in Amsterdam, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and various cities in the US. As a dancer she worked for many years with the Maida Withers Dance Construction Company (DC) and with Vincent Cacialano (Amsterdam). She has collaborated with several musicians including Andrea Fontemaggi (IT) and Marten de Wind (NL). Sarah has been on faculty at the George Washington University (DC), the School for New Dance Development (NL), and Dance Base (Scotland), as well as several other schools and studios in Europe and the US.
