Ripul has over nine years of experience managing cross-cultural usability, visual design, and software development teams. Ripul spearheaded visual design and usability engineering for the development of acclaimed software products at Pramati. As a Project Director at Human Factors International, Ripul has done many full lifecycle usability projects for complex financial, call center, supply chain, and point-of-purchase applications. Ripul's strengths lie in analyzing and integrating technology and design issues to conceptualize pragmatic solutions. He passionately observes, hears, and talks to users. Ripul conducts usability workshops for software professionals in association the National Institute of Design (NID) and Society for Technical Communicators (STC). Ripul is an Industrial Designer from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
