Loren D. Bishop

About Me

Loren became a Christian in 1979 but did not attend church for nearly a year. During that time he read the entire Bible with an emphasis on Jesus, including learning the Messianic prophecy (Luke 24:44-45).

  • During his early years he also encountered various cults, which the Lord used to school him in apologetics. Between them every major Christian doctrine was challenged, so learning to answer them was like a very practical, shock seminary.
  • In 1982, Loren noticed error within his own church as well. In researching those doctrines, he found them most pointedly addressed by the prophecies of the end-time heresies. Between the Christ-centered focus he enjoyed and the emergence of those heresies, a microcosm of the end-time church was formed and he has studied it ever since.
  • Loren became a Minister in April 2002, and currently serves as Dean of the AGCC School of Ministry. He lives in Tulsa with his wife, Nancy
