I'm 52 and among my many accomplishments I have raised 3 lovely young adults who like me and think I'm pretty hip. This blog chronicles my efforts to spend the second half of my life getting better instead of just getting older. Like Sister Madonna Buder, I am using triathlon as one of means to that end.
