Reluctant Nomad

About Me

For the first twenty-odd years of my life, I spent it all in Southern Africa, years that already showed signs of my future nomadic existence. There was an element of reluctance about them then but it's only in later life that my travels have become more nomadic and more reluctantly so. Travel broadens the mind, allegedly, and it can but only spice up one's existence. However, the more distanced I become from my roots, the more I want to stay put for a while, a long while. But, when that happens, will I be happy staying put or will I become reluctant at that?
