| Introduction | Mr. Angelus is currently President of USI Capital Corporation, a Washington-based energy communications company with operations in the CIS and Eastern Europe; and is co-founder of USI Global based in Dubai, UAE, which is focused on oil, gas, and power issues in Central Asia, North Africa and the Middle East. He has worked on behalf of major U.S. companies in Eastern Europe including Pennzoil, Navistar, and Texaco following public policy positions with Radio America in Washington D.C. He is also co-founder of Panamerica consulting on political developments in Latin America. As a leading opinion-maker on energy security concerns, Mr Angelus has organized a number of international events such as the Black Sea Oil & Gas Summit, PetroGazTech, Liquid Fuels Symposium, the Oil & Gas Congress in Romania, and the Polish International Oil & Gas Summit. These conferences address the critical issues of the day with academia, senior government officials, and key corporate management. He is a member of the U.S.-Russia Business Council, an organizer of the International Energy Advisory Council, and is the founder of the Global Petroleum Club. |
