About Me

You might ask yourself why 'No Bra Required'? Well, that describes the state of my upper body following surgery and reconstruction after recurrent breast cancer. This blog, linked to my website gives regular updates on progress. My current nicknames include 'Sooz' (thanks Lydia), 'Poo' (thanks Pubes), 'Baldheadsue' and 'Gollum Sue'. These all describe different facets of me. I am currently bald due to the after effects of chemotherapy, during which time I looked like Gollum and smelt like Poo.....I getting back to good health when I will fulfill my idea of perfect happiness which will mean lying on a sun-drenched beach (having gone swimming in a clear blue sea with Dolphins minutes previously)with my newly found sister Hazel in Australia, then stuffing face with food and Champagne or Bombay Sapphire cocktails.....
