About Me

Raluca is a graduate student in Organizational Sciences at the George Washington University. Her research interests include team processes, leadership, and gender and international diversity in organizations. She also works as a Graduate Apprentice (ah, the irony...) for human capital programs in the Student Services division at the same university. Raluca graduated as valedictorian with a BA in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest and a BA in Political Science from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Romania. Her love of cultural idiosyncrasies, organizational behavior, and world politics developed during the three years she worked as a language and cross-cultural trainer for the Peace Corps. What else? She wants to make a difference. She can speak Romanian, French, Spanish, and some Italian and German (her parents always want her to mention that). And yes, she is Romanian and extremely proud of it.
