| Introduction | I graduated from Florida International University School of Nursing 1990 second in my class. I went to work at Cedars Medical Center in the PCU step down unit. I was approached by the incoming Chairman of the University Of Miami Department Of Urology to manage the physician’s clinic and I accepted. After several years of working at the University I decided to venture out into the world of Home Health Care. I began working for Home Health company in 1995 as the Medicare liaison to Bell Quality Home Care. After a few months I was hired by Bell care and was appointed Director of Nursing. We transitioned from an agency to a registry and Bell Care Nurses Registry was formed and I became the Director of clinical and placement services. I remained in that role until Bell Care was acquired by CSI (Caregivers Services Inc. in April 2008 and became the Administrator of CSI bell care.
